Per quanto tempo
I messaggi e i dati di contatto li conservo per il tempo necessario a rispondere e a seguire il lavoro. Fatture e documenti fiscali per 10 anni, come chiede la legge.
A chi li comunico
Non vendo né cedo i dati. Possono vederli solo il mio commercialista, per gli obblighi fiscali, e i fornitori tecnici (hosting, email) che servono a far funzionare il servizio. Il sito è ospitato da Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., Stati Uniti) e i video completi da GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., Stati Uniti): entrambi registrano dati tecnici delle visite, come l'indirizzo IP, per motivi di sicurezza. I messaggi del modulo di contatto passano da Web3Forms (India), che li inoltra alla mia email per mio conto, li conserva al massimo tre anni e usa server di Amazon Web Services. Il trasferimento dei dati fuori dall'Unione europea è coperto dalle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea (art. 46 GDPR).

What data and why
- If you contact me (the website contact form, email, Instagram): I use your name, contact details and what you tell me only to reply, prepare a quote and, if we work together, carry out and invoice the work. Legal basis: your request and the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR); tax obligations (art. 6.1.c).
- Browsing: the hosting service may log technical data (IP address, browser, date and time) to run and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics. It only remembers the language you choose (Italian or English) in your browser's storage: this is technical data and needs no consent. The site's fonts are stored on the site itself, so no third-party servers such as Google are contacted.
External links
If you click Instagram, you move to a service run by Meta Platforms, which handles data under its own policy.
How long
Messages and contact details are kept as long as needed to reply and follow the work. Invoices and tax records are kept for 10 years, as required by Italian law.
Who sees it
I don't sell or share your data. Only my accountant, for tax purposes, and the technical providers (hosting, email) needed to run the service may access it. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) and the full-length videos on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States): both log technical visit data, such as the IP address, for security purposes. Contact form messages go through Web3Forms (India), which forwards them to my email on my behalf, keeps them for up to three years and uses Amazon Web Services servers. Transfers of data outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (art. 46 GDPR).

If you recognise yourself in a photo or video on this website and would like it removed, write to me at alepiersi@hotmail.com and I will take it down as soon as possible.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object, by writing to alepiersi@hotmail.com (art. 15-22 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
